about us

Our mission is to enable the development and deployment of life-saving technologies by providing a conduit through which companies, customers, and the government can seamlessly interact.

Established directly as a result of the coronavirus pandemic, the AZ Covid Consortium was created in July of 2020 by a group of like-minded companies with a shared desire to improve the resiliency of their communities in the face of stark biological threat. Hoping to create an impact as quickly as possible, the Consortium launched in August through a proof-of-concept event highlighting the ability of indigenous Arizona companies to provide effective health solutions.

Focusing on some of the hardest hit areas of South Phoenix, the Consortium has helped a variety of local businesses, from a restaurant to a local American Legion Chapter, create and implement individualized reopening solutions.

Consortium Benefits

Growing Membership

We believe more talent can only lead to an increase in the quality and comprehensiveness of the solutions the Consortium can offer, increasing value for all.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

Community engagement serves both to increase awareness of the Consortium and create conditions that enable high levels of intra-Consortium collaboration.

STREAMLINED PROCESS

We’re working towards the creation of an expedited approval process by connecting the Consortium’s suite of products with the resources of research universities and establishing strong links with relevant regulatory authorities.

CONNECTING THE DOTS

Through our direct customer communication channel, we can connect prospective customers with the Consortium or individual members as needed, identify areas of weak offering, seek new partners to fill need gaps, and address concerns that businesses may have as they reopen.
